1. What We Collect
When you create an account, place an order, send a sourcing request or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery or pickup details, the products and photos you send us, and payment confirmations. We never see your M-Pesa PIN or full card numbers.
2. How We Use It
We use your information to process orders and quotes, arrange shipping and delivery, keep your tracking page up to date, provide support, run loyalty and referral rewards, and contact you about your orders. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who We Share It With
We share only what each partner needs to do their part. Suppliers in China receive product and quantity details, not your name or phone number. Our cargo and delivery partners receive parcel details and, for final delivery, the name and phone number needed to hand your goods over. The Kenya Revenue Authority receives the details required for customs clearance.
4. Translation and AI
Some messages, product descriptions and chats are translated between English and Chinese using AI services. Contact details are removed from chats with suppliers before they are translated or shown.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through Safaricom M-Pesa. Payment confirmations are used only to verify and record your order.
6. Storage and Security
Your information is stored securely and only staff who need it can access it. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, though no online system can guarantee complete security.
7. Cookies
This site uses cookies needed to keep you logged in and your cart working, and basic analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising trackers.
8. Your Rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us to make a request.
